The dealership is clean and everyone is nice however the lack of communication is terrible. I brought my Malibu in for a leaking oil pan and was told when I drop it off it might take until mid next week. I lack of communication is terrible. I brought my Malibu in for a leaking oil pan and was told when I drop it off it might take until mid next week. I then said I needed a rental and was told my car had to be in the shop for 24hrs before I could get one which I expected however I was not told until the next day that I would need to be over 21 years old in order to get on. This was not disclosed when I asked for the rental originally and it meant that I had to spend a total of about $90 getting to and from work for the three days my car was in the shop. In addition I was also not contacted that my vehicle would be staying in the shop over the weekend which was due to the lack of communication. I feel that there could’ve been more communication and at least something like a courtesy call saying that my vehicle was going to be in the shop over the weekend would’ve been nice. I’m not going to say that I wouldn’t recommend this dealership because this dealership is a good dealership and I have had good service experiences just the most recent one I had was not great. More
