It gives us something to do and we enjoy doing it together. So we have been to many dealerships. Long story short our current situation is that we are stuck upside down in a vehicle and are filing bankruptcy. We went to Autonation Chevrolet and we had a great experience. They basically told us that they can get us into a vehicle because they are not in the best part of town so they don't really get to "choose their customers" like a dealership in a nicer area with better clientele. So we traded in our vehicle and we were approved for this vehicle that is a great price low miles and excellent power. The salesman told us that we would write a check for 4000 to get the banks attention and then once they approve us later on they would change it to our actual payment of 2000. We would be able to drive the car off the lot that night and would have 45 days to pay off the down payment. All they needed was an actual paper check. He told us that a temporary check would be allowed all we had to do was have a check with the banks name on it. We came back the next morning because the banks had already closed. The next day when we came back the salesman we dealt with wasn't acting right. He wasn't paying attention to us and he had to constantly be paged to give us service. Once we got all our paperwork done we talked to the finance manager, got all our payments figured out but he then told us that they can't "fake out the bank" which makes sense but he also said our check wasn't valid because it was a temporary check. Basically the finance manager said the salesman was completely wrong about everything. THE PEOPLE AT THIS DEALERSHIP CAN'T FIGURE THEIR STRATEGY OUT!!! We got all the paperwork signed and they said we were good to go but they wouldn't even let us drive off the lot until we paid our down payment. THE SALESMAN DOES NOT KNOW WHAT HE IS DOING AND WASTED OUR TIME. Because the dealership just lied to us and jerked us around we will not be doing our business with them. More
To expensive, to high prices for simple repairs. They think people are crazy. When you come for an oil change they want to sell you, not necessary repairs for almost $1000,-. My daughter and I purchased a car for her from this dealership. After a week she realized she hated having a stickshilf. We went back to the dealership and spoke to Jimi. They were wonderful. They redid all the paperwork on what had been her second choice. They never said anything about her having the other car for a week. They just took it back and got her into a car with an authomatic transmission. Jerry Castano the Finance Director did a great job. Not only did they work with us on trading the cars but they got her a wonderful deal on the interest rate. More

He is pleasant, personable, reasonable, funny, attentive, and satisfying his customer's wants is his goal. Robert gave myself & my husband 3 solid hours of his constant attention. He never once became distracted by other customers that were in the showroom. It was all about us, all the time. Generally I don't trust auto salesmen. I took my Suburban in because I had a problem with the battery draining overnight. Something was drawing excessive power when the vehicle is shut off. I was told that the service charge to look at the vehicle was $68 but I would only pay that if they found something and I refused to fix it. They told me right away that they found the problem. My alarm was malfunctioning and draining the battery. So I said can we just disconnect it. The service manager Vince said no it has to be removed because of the way it is wired it can't simply be disconnected. So I paid $150 to remove it. I was told it no longer had the drain and was fine. I took it home and left it parked for 2 days. I went out to start it and it was dead. I called and was told to bring it back in. I received a call a couple of days later that they had now found the problem. A penny was stuck in the cd player and was causing a short. That made no sense as the radio has no power when the truck is shut off and Vince said that it must be moving around and when they tested it before it probably wasn't in the right position but when I drive it it slides into a position causing a short. Sounds like a load but I was assured this would fix the problem. I said I can remove a penny and was told that would be bad as if it wasn't done correctly it might short out other things. It cost me $70 to remove penny from the cd player (no I did not get to keep the penny). Then they kept the truck for 3 more days just to be sure it was fixed. I was told they went out and it started right up every day. I went to pick it up and the battery was dead in the service parking lot. Vince said maybe he started it too many times. Apparently you can't start a vehicle daily and expect it to run. So I left it there and said I want it fixed and am not paying another cent to do it. No it has been there for over a week and no one has called me to tell me what it going on. I am done with this place. More

I found it was the first dealer I had ever been too that actually listened to what I had to say, this was a refreshing change and of course gave me a lot more confidence in the saleman I was dealing with. Power Chevrolet of Superstition Springs is by far an outstanding dealership. I have visited several dealerships over the past month in search of a new car. I found the same things in common everywhere I went, the salesman didn't have much knowledge of the vehicles they are selling. As a consumer, how do I purchase a vehicle from a dealership where a salesman cant stand behind there product with simple knowledge? I then found Marty, the salesman at Power Chevy. He is extremely knowledgeable of every feature and option of the Chevy Equinox and took the time to LISTEN to what I was looking for in a vehicle. He was more concerned about making me happy then making a sale. He searched all the inventory to find what I wanted. When he couldnt locate an Equinox with leather. He went out of his was to find a solution and that was to have it installed for a very reasonable price. Listening and customer service is key and Power Chevy has found that key in Marty. Marty referred me to Jorge for the financing of the new vehicle. Jorge was very knowledgeable and professional. He kept my payment in the range that I asked for. He worked very hard to find me a great interest rate. On the day I picked up my new Equinox, the process was fast and easy. Marty showed me every option and feature in complete detail. He took the time to explain and set up On star before I left. I met with John to sign the loan papers. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained all of my options for the extended warranties in detail. What really impressed me about John is he took the time to log into his own On star account on his phone to show me how it worked remotely from an Iphone. My overall experience with Power Chevy was excellent. I just received an email from Marty today, he wanted to let me know that if I have any concerns or questions he was there for me. I am really impressed by this dealership and the employees they have working for them. I will be a returning customer in the future not because of the "deal' or the "price", but simply because of the knowledge and the service I was given. More
