I am very disappointed with my last visit! The mechanic admitted that he knew one of the hoses had a leak and that he had to add water but did not inform me or my service advisor. I drove home with a car admitted that he knew one of the hoses had a leak and that he had to add water but did not inform me or my service advisor. I drove home with a car that had stream pouring out and had to return to the dealership. My car is now in the shop until at least Monday Jan. 31 or Tuesday Feb. 1 and has a estamined repair bill of $1700. Because the leak was not part of the work order? Thanks to my advisor I do get a rental car but I am responsible for the daily extra insurance. More

I scheduled an oil change for 0930. I arrived at 0920. After advisor looked over the car, took pictures, checked tires, and mileage, I was told it would be at least an hour and a half to 2-hour wait. I signed off on the completion of work and drove away at 1230. I feel 3 hours is a bit too long to wait for an oil change. More
