But Charlie the Sales Manager was really just rude and did not make me feel like my time was valued or I was important. He talked down to my wife and I on several occasions and just seemed like a toxic individual. I say this as a tenured GM employee who was hoping for a more engaging sales experience. If this is how he treats actual GM employees I cant imagine how he treats customers that come in off the streets. More
Poor communication and customer focus I dropped my Traverse off in the morning for it's 7500 mile service and a couple minor repairs. I was called later in the afternoon and told my car was ready and I could come pick it up. I live very close, so I walked over to get it (about 10 mintues). The car was not ready when I got there (even though they said it was), and the Service Advisor said it was being washed. 15 minutes go by, and I ask again, and the Service Advisor said she would go locate it. Another 15-20 go by, and she passes by her desk a couple times but never comes to communicate any updates to me. Finally I stand right by her desk to wait for her...when she comes back still nothing to say until I ask her about my car. She tells me they've lost the keys, can't find them, and they're starting to cut a new set. However, they soon find the keys and get me on my way. I was there almost an hour after they'd already called and told me the car was ready...I was expecting to walk up and see the car sitting in the drive ready to go. Communication was awful...why did I have to ask about the status twice, instead of the Service Advisor providing me with an update? Things get lost...I understand mistakes, but if something happens own up to it and tell me what's going on. Very poor communication and handling of the issue. I plan to never go back to this dealership. Unfortunately, the other dealership that is close to my house (Henry Brown GMC) is even worse. Good thing I no longer have this car (it's a fleet car and I turned it in), and no longer own a Chevy or GMC product, because my experiences with these two local dealers have been very bad. More
Worst srvice ever I went in to get my tire fixed. Theu had to order a new tire and said it would be ready Monday and I would get called once complete. I had to call M I went in to get my tire fixed. Theu had to order a new tire and said it would be ready Monday and I would get called once complete. I had to call Monday and leave a message for a status but never receiver a call back. I called many times on Tuesday and left many messages with many peoples voicemails (about 10 in total) and NEVER recevied a call back. I called the receptionist and asked if she could walk over and get someone to talk to me and she said yes. She placed me on hold and transfered me to voice mail. I continied to call the receptionist and she didnt even answer the phone...she just kept blind transfering me to other peoples voice mails. It is now Thirsday and I am still riding on a spare tire because they ordered the wrond tire!! xxx!?!?! I had to call again multiple times on Wednesday to find this out. I am so pissed at the service from all levels. I have some of the names of the people I left voicemails for amd never got a call back. Worst service ever!! More

I bought a used truck and after waiting 12 days I finally got the truck. At first I was trying to be polite and told them 'no rush,' because the salesman Roberto, told me how busy they were. How foolish of me to think that no rush meant it would be more than 3-4 days. I mistakenly thought that because the dealer told me if I purchased it, it would be ready within 24 hours. After 4 days I emailed the dealer and asked them to please hurry because I needed a vehicle. Because the dealer doesn't return calls or emails I was forced to go in almost every day to find my status. Everyday the manager, Brian, would guarantee me it would be ready the next day. After a few days of this game he started saying two days. Eventually I talked to the GM Jim who didn't know anything about this. He told me 'maybe today, maybe a couple of days.' After that I had no choice but to call corporate and ask them for a pick up date. Soon after my conversation with corporate Roberto called me and said the truck was ready immediately. About 20 minutes later Jim called me and said it wasn't ready but would be latter in the day. So obviously they don't care and don't communicate. When I went to pick up the truck it wasn't the truck I bought. It was similar to the truck I purchased, however, the truck I purchased had radio knobs, floor mats, an arm rest the was not broken and 76 miles less than this truck they were delivering. So after I legally bought the truck it was vandalized and things were stolen. This was no longer their property and they had no right to do this. I immediately talked to Jim who said he didn't know anything about it and that I should talk to Roberto. Roberto said those must have been removed during the safety inspection, and he wouldn't and couldn't fix this situation. What is unsafe about radio knobs? Keep in mind I took pictures at the test drive and these item were intact. Photo proof of this. I had no choice but to contact corporate again. Corporate will not talk to me even after I told them I am not comfortable dealing with AutoNation Chevy anymore. Corporate doesn't care because instead of talking to me directly they have the dealer calling to harass me. So I took the truck into a mechanic to have it checked out and according to this mechanic the truck is not even road legal. Roberto sent me the safety inspection that AutoNation preformed and apparently they must have forged it. This can be the only explanation because they sold me a truck that is not road legal, yet their 'so-called' mechanic thinks it is. So if you want to be lied to, treated like garbage, ignored, stolen from, and made a fool of please shop here. If not, run don't walk away. I know my family, my friends and whoever will Listen won't be shopping here. I feel I have no choice but to return the truck. This is most unfortunate because I lose either way. If I return the truck I am without a vehicle and I have to deal with the managers again. Also, the dealer doesn't care because they will turn around and probably sell this truck again within a week. Hopefully whomever buys this truck sees this first and knows what they are buying. If I keep this truck I had to pay out of pocket to make this truck road legal and have to worry about what else the dealer hid from me. More

Outstanding. Highly Recommend! If 10 stars were offered them I took my 2010 Malibu in on Saturday morning for an oil change without an appointment, I was told they would do their best to get it done. As I was wa I took my 2010 Malibu in on Saturday morning for an oil change without an appointment, I was told they would do their best to get it done. As I was waiting for the shuttle approx. 45 minutes, intending to leave the car all day, my service advisor (Bryan I believe) came out and said my car was done and washed! I have 28 years as a technician with GM dealerships. Autonation Chevrolet (superstition springs) always exceeds my expectations. If I could rate them above 10 I would. Thanks More
Disappointing! I brought my 2016 Silverado in for its 2nd complementary oil change and service on Wednesday March 29, 2017. It was a disappointing encounter! Here I brought my 2016 Silverado in for its 2nd complementary oil change and service on Wednesday March 29, 2017. It was a disappointing encounter! Here are the reasons it was disappointing: 1. Appointment was made for 9, work did not start until 10! (Why make an appointment if it doesn't mean anything?) 2. Truck returned with work ticket still in it. (Guys, maybe throw the ticket away before you return the truck back to its owner!) 3. Radio antenna was not reattached after the wash. (Glad the antenna was taken off before the wash, but, please restore the truck back to its original condition before giving it back to the owner!) 4. Tires were over inflated! (Tires at 40 lbs/in^2 make for an awfully stiff ride!) 5. Brought the truck in at 14K+ miles, window sticker says I need next oil change at 27K+ miles. (I really don't even know what to make on that math?? It's clearly a 7, not a 1!) 6. The service was not coded as the second complementary service, as there were charges for the oil change! The cashier noticed it and fixed the problem. (Could there have been any less interest by the service rep in actually looking at the work order?) Autonation, I can change my own oil! Please, at least pretend that you want me to come in and trust you with my expensive vehicle! I get it that everyone has a bad day occasionally, but let's not make a habit of this!! Okay?? More

They did finally fix my 2016 corvette's "flex plate" problem...after 13 days. Car was a complete mess inside and out when returned. Other visits were for oil changes and minor stuff. You would not think they could mess that up but think again, .. Last time I dropped my car off, I waited 80 minutes in the check in area before I was able to get help. Took over 3 hours for just a oil change after that. Somehow, they manage to get your car filthy even though you brought it in clean. Hint...If buying a car at this dealership, DO NOT buy the Appearance protection pack or the windshield protection package...they are worthless and expensive .... because the provider for this add-on will deny all your claims. A strut went out on our ZL1 Camaro at 29000 miles but we're already past our 3-year mark so it wasn't covered under warranty. Have GMPP exstended coverage but they call that part a shock absorber and don't cover shock absorbers but will cover a strut. So out of pocket the repair would have put us back about $840. After two days the service department manager got GM to honor the warranty for a $100 deductible even though it's past warranty time. Brian did a great job working with us. This is the only dealer I've had a positive experience with every time. A big thank you to them for going above and beyond. More
