The Service Advisor that was assigned to me at the time I make the appointment was very unprofessional. Very poor customer service skills. It seemed to me that my problems were very unimportant to him. When make the appointment was very unprofessional. Very poor customer service skills. When I made the appointment it was indicated that I would wait. I made no other arrangements. I told him that I had an extended warranty and he seemed like it was extra work for him. Took my 2013 Equinox in for a factory recall on an oxygen sensor. They supposedly replaced it, yet did not address (or even mention) the check engine light remaining lit. I made my oil change appointment online weeks ago. When I got there, I was told they had no record of my coming in. They were short staff, but still took in my truck. They replaced the oil and rotated the ti got there, I was told they had no record of my coming in. They were short staff, but still took in my truck. They replaced the oil and rotated the tires.
