Took my 2013 Equinox in for a factory recall on an oxygen sensor. They supposedly replaced it, yet did not address (or even mention) the check engine light remaining lit. I made my oil change appointment online weeks ago. When I got there, I was told they had no record of my coming in. They were short staff, but still took in my truck. I am very disappointed with my last visit! The mechanic admitted that he knew one of the hoses had a leak and that he had to add water but did not inform me or my service advisor. I drove home with a car admitted that he knew one of the hoses had a leak and that he had to add water but did not inform me or my service advisor. I drove home with a car that had stream pouring out and had to return to the dealership. My car is now in the shop until at least Monday Jan. 31 or Tuesday Feb. 1 and has a estamined repair bill of $1700. Because the leak was not part of the work order? Thanks to my advisor I do get a rental car but I am responsible for the daily extra insurance. More
