He lead us to believe that our trades would be close to KBB one KKB for $3K wanted to give us $750 the other one KKB for $13K wanted to give us $10K. Both of our vehicles are in very good condition. This whole thing was a joke. Plus I was told all vehicles would be pulled to the front so would have to walk the lot total lies instead we are out in the pouring rain getting soaked. Sorry this was a waste of our precious time. Experience was very misleading, total lies and I will spread the word to anyone looking for a vehicle avoid this dealership. Part of his excuse was we were early by 15 minutes and we were there for over an hour after our initial appointment with him so didn’t matter how early or late we were. Pete’s response to my text I sent him on this whole experience: Thank you for sharing your experience, I was tied up with another customer when you informed me that you would also consider a V8 and you were early. Beware of questionable workmanship if having a Moon Roof Shade Replaced and do NOT expect a return call or email from Superstition Auto Nation's Director Mr. Thomas or the Manager Mr. Wolfe. Approximately Shade Replaced and do NOT expect a return call or email from Superstition Auto Nation's Director Mr. Thomas or the Manager Mr. Wolfe. Approximately 09/16/20 I had my Moon Roof Shade replaced due to the clips broke on a 2 year old vehicle. The cost was over $900.00. The shade is working. About 2 weeks later I notice the inside roof liner was sagging and very noticeable from the front windshield. My vehicle was returned on 09/30/20, I was told this inside roof liner would be fixed. They would glue it back in place at no charge. Then there was a change, the liner was not fixed. Supposedly this was not caused by the replacement of the Moon Roof Shade. Mind you this was not an issued until the shade was replaced. I spoke with the Director Mr. Thomas and he stated the drop was due to weather, the vehicle not being covered and he didn't like how chevy had designed the Moon Roof feature. He stated he would contact his chevy representative to see what could be done and he would get back to me. Needless to say I have heard nothing. I emailed Mr. Thomas and the Manager Mr. Wolfe (not sure of name, but email was from the sign by the cashier; wolfes2@autonation.com. Needless to say I received no response. I have been doing business with Superstition Auto Nation off and on since 2012. This has left me a very dissatisfied customer and I will share my experience with others. More

It took 10 calls to get through to a person at AutoNation and then I left my information and did not get a call back. I was calling because I took my 2016 Corvette in for an oil change that has 3800 miles on and then I left my information and did not get a call back. I was calling because I took my 2016 Corvette in for an oil change that has 3800 miles on it and a two months after I got the car back and had it in a show I realized there was damage to the bottom underside of my passenger beneath the door and it looks like that somehow when they put the device to raise the vehicle they jammed it in too far! Needless to say I won't ever be going back to this dealership for anything !! More
I have a radio issue with 2019 Silverado purchased new there. It keeps shutting off when plugged to phone. Have taken it there 6 times and still haven’t fixed it. Always have to leave a message when calling the dealer. I am not sure how they stay in business like that. I suggested they replace the radio to try to fix the problem and they told me they would need approval from the engineer that does the electrical troubleshooting I think. Anyways after leaving early from work numerous times I am fed up and will not be taken it back to them. Avoid business there. I know I will tell all of my friends and relatives to go somewhere else. If I could give them zero stars I would. In my 55 years of driving and buying cars this is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. The third week of September 2020 I contacted Internet Sales to dis of driving and buying cars this is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. The third week of September 2020 I contacted Internet Sales to discuss a used vehicle they had on the lot. A few days later I drove the 115 mile to the dealership to test drive the car. The sales person gave me numbers and I said I would think about it overnight. The next day I called and said I would purchase the car for cash and told them I wanted the car registered in my Trust. I sent back the purchase agreement, my Trust documents, as well as insurance card etc. When I went to pick up the car I met with the dealership finance person who had the forms filled out in my name rather than the Trust. He hand wrote in the Trust name on the Motor Vehicle Division (MVD) forms and told me that would work. A month later I had not received the title or plates and my temporary plate was expiring. I called the dealership several times but no live person answered, I had a choice of pushing buttons to reach sales or service neither of which I wanted. I went on the website live chat twice and got nowhere with that. I finally contacted sales and asked a sales person to leave a message with the finance person. The finance person called and told me the paperwork was filled out by the sales people in my name, not the Trust, and I could get the title in my name and then go to MVD and re-register the car in the Trust. I told him that was unacceptable and if sales made the mistake it was up to them to correct the paperwork. At this point I finally contacted MVD and filed a complaint with the MVD Inspector General and got a detective assigned to the case. I had to pay to have an inspection done and pay to get another temporary plate. The dealership sent me new forms to sign, which I did and returned on November 24th. Now, (mid-December 2020) over two months since I purchased the car I still don’t have a title or plates or any further communication from the dealership. More
