I have been going to the dealer since I bought my 2011 Equinox new. It was a hassle to get an appointment. I made my appt on line and they called me to change the appt because on line was double booking a Equinox new. It was a hassle to get an appointment. After I had the service done which I also got new wiper blades they left the plastic on one wiper blade. I have been happy with them 99% of the time but this time it was a lot of hassle just for oil change and wiper blades. More

If I could give negative stars I would! This place has been nothing but TERRIBLE!!! They ran my and my husband’s credit MULTIPLE times, even after specifically asking and being assured it w This place has been nothing but TERRIBLE!!! They ran my and my husband’s credit MULTIPLE times, even after specifically asking and being assured it would not be! Even after telling and showing them I had an 820 credit score! I have bought multiple vehicles in my life and never have I ever had my credit run other than by the financial institution that was providing my loan! I now have multiple hard inquires on my credit report for absolutely no reason! Also, I am a travel nurse, and when purchasing the vehicle I specifically told the company that we were leaving the state for my next contract. We purchased the vehicle e the paperwork, then was contacted less than a week later by the dealership telling us they had put the wrong date (2021 not 2022) on the paperwork, and that they needed us to come back in to re do it. Obviously that was not an option as we were not in the same state anymore. So they then wanted to mail it to us. They mailed it to our home address, over 2,000 miles away from our current location, then hassled us daily to get it signed and returned immediately..mind you we had to have our parents mail it to our current location. Then we were told we had to overnight it back to them. This has been over 2 1/2 weeks since the dealership has received our paperwork back. And yet, they have not felt in necessary to provide us with a finalized copy of our paperwork since, despite calling multiple times, we just keep getting blown off! My husband had to fly home specifically so he could register the new vehicle with our state SOS. We have told the dealership multiple times for the last 2 weeks that we need that paperwork to do so, and they still will not send us it! I have called the GM multiple times with no answer and no return call. I have called the dealership and every time been told their finance managers are busy or with customers, am never allowed to be transferred to the highest manager in the building, and have never received a call back even thou that’s what they keep telling me!! This is the most unprofessional crap business I have ever dealt with in my life!! And am currently in the process of getting a lawyer since they want to keep blowing me off. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! More

Poor getting service dept to answer phone to make appointment. We made several unanswered calls.. Waited over an hour for shuttle to pick us up to return to get our car. The charge was more than I expected after when I made my appointment with you. I was told the cost would be $160.00 and when I found out it was almost $100.00 more, I was not pleased. When I spoke to you I told you what I had and what I needed done, that is when you gave me the price of $160.00. It seems apparent that I wasn't heard when even the entire bill wasn't even under my name, Thomas Hillridge is what my car was under? It took awhile to find my vehicle because it was under the wrong last name. Then trying to go over the charges and misc. charge of $19.80 with no explanation of what that charge was? Then to top it off, picking up my vehicle and finding several new scratch marks on it that were not there before because of you guys washing it, yeah...not happy. The vehicle came in clean for it was just hand washed by myself two days before. None of my vehicles go through a mechanical carwash because of chances of them being scratched, which mine was. I did not even know that it would be ran through a car wash because if I would have known that, I would have told you not to do it. Maybe that is the misc. charge of $19.80, the car wash? Needles to say, I am not happy at all and I would like to have a manager respond back to me so I can set up an appointment to come see them about these issues. Tom Chaney, not Hillridge More
