Called AutoNation to make my 20,000 mile service check-up. Receptionist was very friendly & extremely helpful !! Day of service, Mechanic Mike in lane 2 was very courteous & knowledgeable of my n check-up. Receptionist was very friendly & extremely helpful !! So disappointed. Went in for a tint and new black badging, which I waited three months for. Tint job was terrible, car was not washed before slapping tint on. They popped the old badging off and left dents and scratches in the car where every letter was. I now have to wait for MORE black badging to come in to fix. Absolutely ridiculous work. More

i went in to buy out my (2) leases, not to purchase a vehicle. they charged me 500.00 per vehicle to do the paperwork. it took almost 5 hours. gm finance said there should not be a charge. i talked to vehicle. they charged me 500.00 per vehicle to do the paperwork. it took almost 5 hours. gm finance said there should not be a charge. i talked to manager, he had many excuses for the charges and the time it took. i will be looking for another dealership for service & future vehicles. they will not get any good word of mouth from me!
