1st time with dealership. Impressed with check in procedures. Thomas was good in his procedure but I have very poor hearing/understanding and some filters were not replaced. Wish I was notified during service that they could/should have been. Also, on the drive home I noticed there wasn’t a sticker on the windshield reminding me of next recommended service. This was standard practice in Tennessee but may not be here. Awaiting a return call on this. The waiting area was comfortable and has great coffee and popcorn! Look forward to further service here!
