My experience was great as it relates to Scott. He always give me great customer service and know exactly what he is doing. He's very pleasant and answers all my questions...The new service manager He always give me great customer service and know exactly what he is doing. He's very pleasant and answers all my questions...The new service manager Charles is great too and I give him 10 for excellent customer service and he's a great problem solver...Oscar Diaz!!! Very rude, disrespectful, unfriendly, never greats me and he could be the only service person available. He's always on his phone taking care of personal matters. He canceled my appointment on one occasion because he said he don't like me and service manager Charles and the gm heard him say this in a meeting with the 3 of us present. His customers service is very bad and his attitude is disrespectful...the last service I received, the mechanic removed a rain guard off my passenger window and now I have 3. He also changed settings in my vehicle...I noticed the passive lock feature was disabled and I didn't authorize him to change it...why did this occur? I would like compensation for my rain guards...I give the overall service department a C-. The receptionist who's new I don't know her name was very nice to me and she spoke and made me feel welcome. Please fire Oscar, he's not a good asset to the company. More

Great Dealership been comming there for ever with all of my Corvettes 2002,2007, 2014, 2017 and 2019. most of the vehicles purchased from your Showroom across the street. Managers are very professional ,pa my Corvettes 2002,2007, 2014, 2017 and 2019. most of the vehicles purchased from your Showroom across the street. I was given an appointment time of 8:15 am they took me promptly at that time I came for tire rotation and oil change the oil change was done the tire rotation was not it took over three hours to complete promptly at that time I came for tire rotation and oil change the oil change was done the tire rotation was not it took over three hours to complete not worth my time More
