$253 charged for an oil change and wiper replacement that took almost 3 hours. They used the most expensive wipers, $50 a piece, and charged me $53 for the installation. I took my car in for regular service. It seemed like a good time to change the battery in the key fob as well. When I got home and checked my receipt, I discovered that I had been charged It seemed like a good time to change the battery in the key fob as well. When I got home and checked my receipt, I discovered that I had been charged $41.41 for the key fob battery replacement. This included nearly $30 for labor. In addition to a serious overcharge for the battery itself, the labor charge was, needless to say, outrageous. More
