They had the part I needed to fix my car for the recall. But not having another car in my possession, I waited there entire business hours on Saturday to complete what was needed. I had a 9:00am appointment for an oil change. I decided to also have a tune up since there was a special. At 9:45 I was told it would be about an hour and a half. I find it hard to believe a dealership this large would let the parts inventory be 0. I finally left the dealership at 2pm after the bill was adjusted several times. To be correct. More
