I went to service a check engine light, made an appointment for 8 am, got there at 7:45. Around 11:30, getting tired of sitting, I walk around the service lot to see my truck sitting outside with n appointment for 8 am, got there at 7:45. Around 11:30, getting tired of sitting, I walk around the service lot to see my truck sitting outside with no one working on it. Went back to the service desk to ask why? The service rep went back to find out and comes back to tell me that the code was a cold start error and I would have to bring it back overnight to duplicate the error??? After 3+ hours I had to find my vehicle to get this information??? Terrible More
I dropped my vehicle off on Monday about 9:00am for a 10:00am appointment. I had no communication about the status until about 1 hour before they supposedly finished the work. My 2011 Malibu with 225,000 miles engine light came on and I drove to the closest dealership. I knew I would need a new car but was trying to hold out. The service person told me that with the miles if th and I drove to the closest dealership. I knew I would need a new car but was trying to hold out. The service person told me that with the miles if the technician had to do an extensive diagnostic it could be expensive to fix and wouldn’t recommend. He called a couple days later to advise of the problem, cost and it would be resolved to give me more time. He didn’t tell me there’s a chance the fix would result in my engine light staying on and there’s a chance the problem would not be resolved. I picked up my car and drove home about 10 minutes away and was going to go to the store when I noticed the engine light on and it makes now the same sound that I’m concerned any moment the car will stop running. I wasn’t given the information I needed which is this repair might not completely fix the problem before they took my almost $2000. I need for someone from management to call me as this is unacceptable. I may need to get legal counsel because I was taken advantage of. I worked for GM and has been a GM customer for over 20 years and this is the worst experience I’ve had. Deborah Y. More

there were some good quality in the dealership and staff although they were busy, they found time for the customer and our needs.
