I was in the market for a 2011 Chevy Malibu and had comparison shopped at either 5 or 6 Chevy dealerships in the local market. I have to say that the employees at Fox Chevy of Laurel were the nicest an comparison shopped at either 5 or 6 Chevy dealerships in the local market. I have to say that the employees at Fox Chevy of Laurel were the nicest and more most informative of any other dealership I had contacted. I am very happy to have done business with them. More

Even though this dealership has already wasted enough of our time, this is for the rest of you car buyers out there. The communication between sales person and manager was poor. Their practices seemed de our time, this is for the rest of you car buyers out there. The communication between sales person and manager was poor. Their practices seemed deviant and deceptive. Even though the sales person was friendly, the customer service between sales and management was poor. A week after the first visit we're back in the dealership because the salesman called to grant us our offer, not being organized, he lost our folder with my photocopied license. Then came back to us with the figures we already refused twice (once the week before and once on the phone a few days before). I was not impressed by this dealership at all! The last visit, we left there late, hungry, disrespected and without a car. I wouldn't have minded the late and hungry if we at least received respect and great customer service. More
