We just purchased our 6th vehicle from Autonation Laurel, Earl was our salesman in each and every one of these purchases. We could have went to any dealer we chose, we live in WV, so it's a drive to get there, but because of Earl's loyalty to us, we will stay loyal to him and Autonation Laurel. There are no words to describe how much it means to us to have someone that we can call, who knows who I am without asking, and by the time we make the drive down, Earl has everything waiting, a good selection of vehicles that we are interested in, and then makes the process go along as smoothly as we have ever had it. And we can't forget Michelle in finance. She is awesome! I only hope that Autonation realizes what they have in Earl Ray. He is one of a kind!!!! And our thanks to Riley in the purchase we made last night, very much appreciated!! More
Mr. Bill Curry was an amazing car sales man. I had a great experience going in and didn't feel pressured into getting my Acadia. I entered the AutoNation dealership with a problem. I had purchased a 2500 HD gas engine a month earlier and it could not acceptably tow our new RV. I needed to trade in the gas engine and purchase a di had purchased a 2500 HD gas engine a month earlier and it could not acceptably tow our new RV. I needed to trade in the gas engine and purchase a diesel 2500 HD. I returned to the dealership where I purchased the gas engine. They tried to assist me, but there trade in offer combined with the price of the diesel was totally unacceptable. I then called Kyle Englert, and he identified a diesel at another dealership, brought it to AutoNation, and prep'd it. I went to the dealership in the evening after work and Kyle and his boss John offered a trade in/purchase package that was better than I expected. We closed the deal during my first visit to the dealership. Even after I agreed to the deal, Kyle and his boss found a couple other incentives that made my initial mistake with the gas engine a little less painful. I drove away with the diesel that night. Kyle and John were very personable, extremely professional, and very proficient in assembling an acceptable package. They helped me overcome a very serious problem with a minimum of pain. Yesterday afternoon, I called Kyle about a possible purchase to eliminate another vehicle payment problem I have due to an impending layoff. He quickly responded with the information I needed to make a decision. More
I'd never had any dealings with Fox in Laurel, Md. before and decided to give them a try. The intial contact with the salesman, Dwyne Shoemaker was pleasant enough. He knows his product and even offered to have 2 customers call me with testimonials on a Chevy Volt, the car we wanted. Later that week, I brought in my wife, we signed many papers and the Volt we wanted was to be obtained "off of their other lot" and prepped. I got a call stating that our reserved car had been sold to another, but another one was located. (it too was sold to another we were later told) I believe that buying a car should be fun, slowly all of the "fun" is draining out of this deal. We were offered another 3rd car that they'd bring in but it was totally the wrong car in the wrong color. Later that evening, Medley the sales manager called to say that they'd located a car exactly as we wanted but it could be shipped only if we'd agree to pay the frieght. I thought that this was outrageous in light of the fact that Fox screwed up twice. I'd figured they'd just rectify a bad situation but I was wrong with these folks. I told them to keep looking. I had to call the sales manager, Riley to find out what was going on a few days later as I had absolutely no contact. I was promised that they'd get right back to me and also refund the Mastercard rebate redemption they'd taken. This refund took my new dealer and many calls from me to reinstate. I am disappointed with Fox. Don't they care about their reputation and word of mouth?, guess not. QR More
I am very pleased with the service of my Chevy Volt. I had to take it in to have the metal plates installed around the battery pack. They also did a software update and replaced the charging cord. In addition, I had to have my tires rotated as it is at 15,000 miles. I also had them check one of my tires since it kept running low. It turned out to have a screw on the inside wall of the tire. It could not be repaired. It cost $210 to be replaced. Ouch. They completed the service within 2 days. They even cleaned my car inside and out, charged my batteries, and filled my tank! Wow! I am very pleased with my Volt and the service I received from Fox of Laurel. I have had no problems with it. My only cost in maintaining my Volt was the tire replacement. Thank you so much. More

I was turned down by several dealerships without even any effort to help me! Chris Parkerson from Fox called me and I knew I was set. I've purchased from Fox before, and they've always treated me right and put me in a car. Chris is definitely the best yet, he put me in a brand new car with a deal I still can't believe! He saved me $750 just by randomly asking if I was a USAA member, most sales people don't care that much. On top of all that, I was in and out in under 2 hours with my new car. 2 HOURS! I'm a 50% disabled vet, and can't stand or sit around long without being in a lot of pain. Buying a car from Chris Parkerson at Fox was absolutely PAIN FREE! More

I found Fox through an Internet se doing business with Fox of Laurel. I knew what vehicle I wanted - a 45th Anniversary 2012 Camaro Convertible SS. I found Fox through an Internet search, e-mailed them what I wanted to buy and made an appointment. The first appointment took less than 30 minutes and I had a great offer to consider. I returned the next business day and made a deposit for a factory order. I had the actual order number for the car before I left the showroom! The next day I saw status “Order Placed” at www.chevrolet.com/ordertracking. This is just an amazing and pleasant experience buying a car with today’s technology – thanks to professionals like the staff at Fox! Let me also note that I'm driving an hour each way in DC traffic to the Fox dealership because it's worth driving past the many other dealers closer to me. More

No pressure, none, they listened, they asked what I wanted, did everything that they could to make this posible. My wife hates shopping for cars, so I do the leg work and bring her in for the final approval. Once we agreeded on everything, Scott told me when I brought her in it would be zip, zip and done. It went just like he said. It took all of 10 minutes. The price was fair, Scott the Business manager went to battle with the banks to get us the best rate, Medley the Sales Manager found us a bed liner for our new truck, and everyone walked away happy. I am not the easiest person to deal with, but it all went really well and I was not stressed. I feel comfortable reccomending this this dealer. They have earned my business.
