I purchased a 2019 Ram 2500, I would not buy from AutoNation again. Richard was very friendly, although I scheduled our visit 4 days in advance the vehicle was not ready to show. My expectation would be it was cleaned and on the lot when we arrived, reality it was not even on the lot and no one prepared the vehicle to show. No one was able to answer any questions about the vehicle or showed us the features, although this is a Chevy dealer, my expectation would be to do a little homework and have the ability to answer questions. After signing the paperwork, I was informed they only had one key fob. Not a huge deal but would have been nice to know considering they cost about $400 to replace. The icing on the cake was part my fault for not observing the vehicle did not have the same tires on the front and rear (All weather on the front, Off road on the back) 2 very different tread patterns that if not corrected would wear incorrectly. Actually the rear tires do not meet the specs for the truck, They are light duty on a heavy duty truck and are a major safety issue while towing which is what most people do when buying a 2500. I leased two new cars from this dealership and have been a customer since 2018, the sales department was always great to deal with but the service department has been getting worse and worse over the years a customer since 2018, the sales department was always great to deal with but the service department has been getting worse and worse over the years Someone need to hold this service advisors accountable, especially Tony and Oscar, after all they are in the customer service business and need to know how to properly treat their customers My recent oil change experience was just horrible to say the least, this is the 2nd time I had issues with service and Oscar but this was just so unprofessional. I felt like I was attacked just for expressing my concern for my final bill which they tried to increase by 25% on an oil change. You should know how much an oil change will cost and be upfront with customers. Tony & Oscar should not have a job as a service advisors they were rude, confrontational and had zero will to assist. Tony even sweared at me and said he would punch me in the face just for asking to speak to a manager and waiting at the service desk. When I told Tony I will need to report this to someone he just said go ahead like he didn't care at all. The Manger eventually did take care of me which I greatly appreciate but the whole experience was horrible and exhausting I don't think I will ever go back there and probably will get my new lease somewhere else More
