My purchase experience was overall excellent. Communication with the salesman, Darryl, was excellent and he was very helpful. The vehicle was priced fairly and was in excellent condition. The dealer warranty on used vehicles is a terrific incentive to purchase there. The only unpleasant aspect was that I was on a very tight schedule the day that I picked the vehicle up, and in spite of having days between the purchase & pick up date, the paperwork wasn’t ready when I arrived. I was there for 90 minutes waiting for & then filling out paperwork, and in spite of having financing when I arrived the finance team kept pushing to finance through them. The long wait to do paperwork which should have been ready to go caused some issues in my day. Overall an excellent purchasing experience from a very reputable dealership. I would absolutely purchase from AutoNation Chevrolet in Laurel again. More

I dropped my car off the night before my 9:00 am appointment for my oil change with the understanding I would be there that afternoon to pick it up. When I got there to pick up my car, they spent 2 appointment for my oil change with the understanding I would be there that afternoon to pick it up. When I got there to pick up my car, they spent 20-30 minutes looking for the paperwork which ended up being in the tech's toolbox. When he came up with the paperwork, he was smiling and said he hadn't gotten to it yet because he was busy all day doing oil changes. Needless to say I was very upset. He was told to do it immediately and never apologized for the hassle or anything else. When I bought my car here, my sales person was wonderful. However, I have not had a great experience with the service dept. More
