I found the car I was looking for with less than 7,000 miles. I saw a similar vehicle at a showroom in 2021. I fell in love with it, but it was overpriced. AutoNation had this car at a good price. It was equally easy and pleasant working with Travis to get all the financing paperwork taken care of. AutoNation Laurel is always my go to choice for both buying and servicing a vehicle. My 2013 Traverse was having an intermittent problem with the AC where it would only blow warm air. My service rep, Jose Ramirez-Lara did a great job keeping me informed of the diagnosis and suggestions for repair. The communication could not have been better! Jose listened well and conveyed all the symptoms of the problem to the tech. Both the blower and the evaporator were replaced. This was a labor intensive job so it was expensive but I think the price was fair. Since this was only happening occasionally it may take a while for me to be certain that the problem has been fixed. I went to service a check engine light, made an appointment for 8 am, got there at 7:45. Around 11:30, getting tired of sitting, I walk around the service lot to see my truck sitting outside with n appointment for 8 am, got there at 7:45. Around 11:30, getting tired of sitting, I walk around the service lot to see my truck sitting outside with no one working on it. Went back to the service desk to ask why? The service rep went back to find out and comes back to tell me that the code was a cold start error and I would have to bring it back overnight to duplicate the error??? After 3+ hours I had to find my vehicle to get this information??? Terrible More
