This was the first time I took my car to AutoNation Chevrolet Laurel. My service advisor, Kristina Davis, was excellent. She kept me updated on my vehicle status, by text and when necessary we spoke on Chevrolet Laurel. My service advisor, Kristina Davis, was excellent. My experience was great as it relates to Scott. He always give me great customer service and know exactly what he is doing. He's very pleasant and answers all my questions...The new service manager He always give me great customer service and know exactly what he is doing. He's very pleasant and answers all my questions...The new service manager Charles is great too and I give him 10 for excellent customer service and he's a great problem solver...Oscar Diaz!!! Very rude, disrespectful, unfriendly, never greats me and he could be the only service person available. He's always on his phone taking care of personal matters. He canceled my appointment on one occasion because he said he don't like me and service manager Charles and the gm heard him say this in a meeting with the 3 of us present. His customers service is very bad and his attitude is disrespectful...the last service I received, the mechanic removed a rain guard off my passenger window and now I have 3. He also changed settings in my vehicle...I noticed the passive lock feature was disabled and I didn't authorize him to change it...why did this occur? I would like compensation for my rain guards...I give the overall service department a C-. The receptionist who's new I don't know her name was very nice to me and she spoke and made me feel welcome. Please fire Oscar, he's not a good asset to the company. More
