My moto is to praise in public and criticize in private. This one I can't keep to myself. I was informed that the car was ready for pick up (excited!!!!). Then while the vehicle was in their possession I get the car back and there was body damage which again yet another horrible experience!!! I can go on but I will park it here in hopes that a valuable lesson was learned by each party. In the spirit of keeping it real we al have to do better. More

After purchasing the vehicle, I reached out numerous times to see when / if my permanent plates had come in before my temporary plates had expired, but I was only told “they haven’t come in yet.” The da times to see when / if my permanent plates had come in before my temporary plates had expired, but I was only told “they haven’t come in yet.” The day after they expired, I was told they should be in the following day. I drove to the dealership the next day to be told they weren’t in, and then I was told “oh you should receive a check in the mail. There was a violation and we couldn’t get the registration.” No one had told me that in the 60 days I had the temporary plates. I contacted the MVA who stated the Maryland state inspection had never been sent to them. I called the dealership multiple times over the series of a week to see if they had the Maryland state inspection, and was either kept on hold, sent to voicemail, or transferred between people who never answered my question. No one called back to answer a simple question and I still yet not received a check for the registration, despite bringing the receipts to the dealership who made copies and promised to get back to me. It’s been almost 4 months now. Horrible communication. Don’t waste your time or money here. More
