I brought my Corvette to AutoNation to pick up some parts, while waiting I went to check out the new ones. Spent a good 15 min. there. Not a single sales person approached me. Very poor communication from everyone. Management even ignored my calls. Took 6 days for someone to call me and let me know what they found. I even had an appointment. I called every day to get some information and not a single person called me back. Left many voice mail messages and still no call back. On the 6th day I finally got a call to let me know they ran a diagnostic and they found nothing wrong. 6 days for a diagnostic!! However I needed close to $8000 for repairs for nothing wrong! Service tech even offered to get a sales manager to assist me In finding a new car. I bought my current car here and have been taking my car here for service and i since I bought it. I will NEVER go back to this dealer again. Never have I dealt with such poor customer service and lack of communication in my life. More

My vehicle needed a part that was back ordered for 2 months, not being any fault of the dealer. They did all they could for me, which I'm grateful. Service was done correctly. The cleanup of the 2 new mounted tires was a mess Had to get a tech back out to actually cleanup the mess they made. When I picked up the new vehicle in June It had to go back to be cleaned and detailed 3 times before it was ready for delivery. The techs need to check their work and make sure everything is properly cleaned up. More
