I brought my truck in for service before a road trip with my niece and nephews. Upon inspection of my truck, they realize my frontend stabilizer bars are broken and need to be replaced. Terrible experience with their service department. I had a 8am appt for a diagnosis for a warrantied item that didn’t even need the car to go on the lift. I heard nothing from them. I called at 330 an I had a 8am appt for a diagnosis for a warrantied item that didn’t even need the car to go on the lift. I heard nothing from them. I called at 330 and was sent to a voicemail. Called again at 415 and left on hold for 10 mins with no resolution, called back and requested a manager. After another 20min waiting for a call back I am told the car was never even looked at. I asked why schedule an appt if they can’t work on it and was told “the appt is to drop the car off not be worked on.” Just leaving people stranded without updates or a ride. At this point I had finished my work day, was not offered comp for Uber or a loaner car and when asked about needing at minimum 2 $45 Uber rides I was told “I don’t make that decision” needless to say I am taking my car back and would encourage everyone to avoid these people. The worst of the worst. I am still out the $40 Uber back to the dealership but that is almost worth not letting them touch the car if this is their level of professionalism. More

Once again I had a perfect experience with the service dept. I had an early appointment and the vehicle was ready within an hour (tire rotation,,oil change and cabin filter change). What a horrible experience. We arrived 20 minutes before our 1pm appointment that I had made online over a week ago. I had received an email with a link to get a discounted oil We arrived 20 minutes before our 1pm appointment that I had made online over a week ago. I had received an email with a link to get a discounted oil change on my Corvette. Great! We waited at least 10 minutes and not one of the 4 service advisors acknowledged us even though I parked right beside their work areas. Finally Garcia came out with a tablet and searched for several minutes to find my appointment. I asked if I was going to be here a long time and he said no. He said I was not assigned a service person. I asked if that was a problem and he said no. He got into the car to get the mileage which I showed him on my written paper. Then he turned on the windshield wipers and did not know how to turn them off. I finally reached in and turned them off. He got out of the vehicle and then he searched for my discounted price for the oil change. I showed him the link from the email and how it takes me to making an appointment, not a coupon. Then he joined another advisor at the computer and for a good 10 minutes they both searched in the computer. I asked if there was a problem and was told no. Finally Garcia came out and handed me the tablet to sign and some paperwork to sign. OK. I asked how long would the oil change take and he said 1-1/2 to 2 hours! I was outraged. I told him this is not customer service. I had a 1pm appointment. I have been here almost 45 minutes and now I have a possible 2 hours wait for just an oil change! He just looked at me while I expressed my unhappiness. Then he said I must have misunderstood him when I had asked how long this was going to take when he first approached me. I did not misunderstand. I told him to cancel the appointment and left. More
