Service dept is horrible Luis I went in to the service dept with my brand new vehicle for a warranty issue and Luis the service writer told me it would be about 3 hours to be done. I went in to the service dept with my brand new vehicle for a warranty issue and Luis the service writer told me it would be about 3 hours to be done. So me and my family decided to wait for it what a mistake I've had problems at this dealership before. They parked my vehicle and it sat in the same spot for 3 hours and didn't even get touched. AUTONATION CHEVY GREENACRES SERVICE WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!!!!!! MY VEHICLE WAS TOWED IN WITH A FLAT TIRE BY CHEVY ROADSIDE ASSIST. THE SERVICE WRITER CALLLED ME THE NEXT DAY AND SAID I NEEDED 2 TIRES. WHICH I EXOP MY VEHICLE WAS TOWED IN WITH A FLAT TIRE BY CHEVY ROADSIDE ASSIST. THE SERVICE WRITER CALLLED ME THE NEXT DAY AND SAID I NEEDED 2 TIRES. WHICH I EXOPECTED YOU ALWAYS REPLACE AT LEAST 2, HOWEVER HE INSTRUCTED ME THAT MY RIM WOULDNT HOLD AIR I ALSO NEEDED 2 TIRE SENSORS "THEY ARE BROKEN" "YOU NEED AN ALIGHNMENT AND MOUNTING BALANCING , LABOR AND TAX THE TOTAL IS $1379.76!!!!!!!!!!! I NEW HE WAS NT TELLING THE TRUTH BECAUSE OF HOW NERVOUSLY HE DELIVERED THE NEWS . SO I HAD THE CAR TOWED COST ME ANOTHER $85.00 BUT BROUGHT IT TO GOODYEAR DOWN THE STREET AND THEY REPLACED ALL 4 TIRES WITH BETTERTIRES AND IT WAS JUST OVER $400. THEY SAID THAT THE CAR WASNT OUT OF ALIGHNMENT AND CERTAINLY DIDNT NEED A NEW WHEEL. IT DIDNT HAVE A SCRATCH ON IT SO THE BILL WAS $1000.00 LESS AND I GOT 4 TIRES NOT 2. I BOUGHT THE CAR FROM AUTONATION AND ALWAYS SERVICED THERE BUT NEVER AGAIN THEY ARE ABSOLUTE CROOKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

In trying to settle a diminished value claim with the insurance company Fred sit down with me and provided me with documentation to provide the insurance company.Fred Moran has been a great salesman to me.He was very patient when I was trying to decide on a new truck and provided me with all the information I needed to make up my mind.He also searched for just the right truck to suit me and my wife.I would recomend Fred to anyone looking to make a great deal on a new car. There was no fast-talking sales pitch, no tricks, and no hidden items. The car that I ordered arrived well before the anticipated delivery date. Since my purchase, their service department is second to none. Scheduling of appointments is easy and the service is always completed in the time frame that I am given. The several customer service waiting areas are clean, attractive, and very comfortable, making the wait, should you decide to wait there and not take advantage of their courtesy van, very pleasant. Despite the fact that I purchased the car almost two years ago, at each visit, I am treated like a valued customer and welcomed to the dealership. Roberto Bahamondes always go out of his way to talk to me to make sure that I am completely satisfied with the car and the service that the dealership is providing. The employees of the dealership consistently go out of their way to make sure that I am satisfied with their service. I made the mistake of taking my car to the Schumacher dealership closer to my house for some routine maintenance. Their timing, errors made, and unpleasant atmosphere has sealed the fact that I will never return there for any reason. The same Schumacher dealership was one I visited while initially trying to purchase my car. It is a sad statement when I know far more about the car I want to purchase than the salesman. I highly recommend Maroone for sales and service based on my experience with them for the past two years. More
