To make matters worse I finally received my vehicle back and after a few days I am hearing a creaky noise under the driver side of the vehicle after the transmission was replaced. I have tried calling the Service Manager Ron several times and he will not call back. The service advisor Anthony also has gone unresponsive to my calls. Worst experience ever. If the GM would like to speak to me please provide a name so I can know whom I am calling?
