Three of my vehicles have been serviced by him or his team and it's always been a good experience. Highly professional, well informed. As a single mom, I have always been hesitant to bring my car to a dealership for service. In trying to settle a diminished value claim with the insurance company Fred sit down with me and provided me with documentation to provide the insurance company.Fred Moran has been a great salesman to me.He was very patient when I was trying to decide on a new truck and provided me with all the information I needed to make up my mind.He also searched for just the right truck to suit me and my wife.I would recomend Fred to anyone looking to make a great deal on a new car. There was no fast-talking sales pitch, no tricks, and no hidden items. The car that I ordered arrived well before the anticipated delivery date. Since my purchase, their service department is second to none. Scheduling of appointments is easy and the service is always completed in the time frame that I am given. The several customer service waiting areas are clean, attractive, and very comfortable, making the wait, should you decide to wait there and not take advantage of their courtesy van, very pleasant. Despite the fact that I purchased the car almost two years ago, at each visit, I am treated like a valued customer and welcomed to the dealership. Roberto Bahamondes always go out of his way to talk to me to make sure that I am completely satisfied with the car and the service that the dealership is providing. The employees of the dealership consistently go out of their way to make sure that I am satisfied with their service. I made the mistake of taking my car to the Schumacher dealership closer to my house for some routine maintenance. Their timing, errors made, and unpleasant atmosphere has sealed the fact that I will never return there for any reason. The same Schumacher dealership was one I visited while initially trying to purchase my car. It is a sad statement when I know far more about the car I want to purchase than the salesman. I highly recommend Maroone for sales and service based on my experience with them for the past two years. More

Had a problem with my 2007 Cadillac DTS. A part came off the latch that gives entry into the trunk from the back seat. Called to make apt, person answering phone couldn't tell me if they serviced GMC Envoy vehicles. Called service dept, asked to speak to Service Manager. Got voice mail, would call me back. Never did. Drove me if they serviced GMC Envoy vehicles. Called service dept, asked to speak to Service Manager. Got voice mail, would call me back. Never did. Drove to dealership next am, made an apt. for that afternoon. When I pulled in, the computer was down, waited until it came online to be assigned a mechanic. But.. no courtesy car for a necessary errand, TV tuned to FOX, which I would never watch, with no way to change channels, magazines in waiting room a zillion years old or industry propaganda. No complimentary beverages. Told I could take courtesy transportation home, & be picked up, but since I live in Wellington, and it was 4:00 pm and an hour and a half into my 3 hr repair, it wasn't practical. One bright note - service advisor Cheryl was extremely efficient and courteous, and apologetic during my 3 took money out of her pocket and bought me a drink from a machine. BTW, the service manager returned my original call the next day. More
