Worst place to buy a car. They are more interested in making sure you buy their cars than your safety. I went in with a pre approval with Capitol One and they ran my credit 9 times which somehow took my making sure you buy their cars than your safety. I went in with a pre approval with Capitol One and they ran my credit 9 times which somehow took my credit down 150points!! The most your credit should hit when getting a car is 15points. I found out(after I got a vehicle) they don't check the transmissions in their used vehicles. Within the first 36 days(warranty is 90days) of me having the car it stalled on me right after putting in gas at the pump 3 times, the car vibrates after leaving any stops and the steering wheel makes a popping sound. You can never reach them when you need service. After them looking at my car they said my car had a transmission issue. Once the inspector came out to look at it( takes 2 days with NO COURTESY CAR giving to you) I was told everything was covered under their warranty even the transmission they just needed aftermarket prices for the parts not Nissan. They called after getting the parts but told me they aren't fixing anything but the axels. When I asked why they stated, "The inspector didnt say why."I called the number for the inspector and found out AUTONATION DENIED ALL THE WORK NOT THE INSPECTOR. Meanwhile I've NEVER had an issue with my transmission until they serviced my car for the issues I stated. Now I have a car with a bad transmission. If you ever have to leave your car for one day or days you can expect NO courtesy car issued. This place is a joke. Not to mention my brother got a car from them and they over filled the oil and did not fix his transmission either. More
The worse dealership for service, I had a 10:30 am appointment for a oil change and tire rotation, Service tech told me it would be app. 45 minutes, over 3 hours later I see my truck finally being pul appointment for a oil change and tire rotation, Service tech told me it would be app. 45 minutes, over 3 hours later I see my truck finally being pulled into the service bay, then was told be the service tech it would only be 15 minutes so i agreed, over a hour later its finally done. Over 4 hours for a simple service than I got the bill and was shocked at the price they charged. NEVER WILL I USE AUTONATION AGAIN, thinking about switching to Ford. More

Since Al is no longer the man with all answers on the ZL1, can anyone tell me who is?? Here's why, I've got the '17 ZL1 with every option but the engine block heater, I live in Florida. From day 1 the su ZL1, can anyone tell me who is?? Here's why, I've got the '17 ZL1 with every option but the engine block heater, I live in Florida. From day 1 the supercharger has a defect FROM THE FACTORY that Chevy said repeatedly said all's well and in spec from, NOT TRUE. The svc mgr and svc advisor sent me to the speedshop REDLINE MOTORSPORTS in Pompano Beach and told me as long as you don't tear the motor down it won't void my warrantee. I was assured by the svc mgr, ron, 3 times bolton mods would NOT void the warrantee. REDLINE not only went above and beyond the call for me, they charged the supercharger 3 times when they didn't have to. Those incompetent xxxxx at the dealer, AFTER I gave them the INTERNAL SVC DOCS #'s from Chevy about the known LT4 supercharger problems, the SOB who was one of the 2 who told me boltons would NOT void the warrantee... The supercharger issue was because of pressure problems and leaks from the supercharger that caused damage to the internal bricks. The "LT4 expert" is as incompetent as the svc mgr... After giving them the internal doc #'s you know what they did?!? They ignored the known issues and put dye in the RADIATOR and pressure tested the RADIATOR!!! Ignoring the known problems and threw me out. I went back to REDLINE and told Howard to take the top off and tell me xxx the problem is. Low and behold, the problem is EXACTLY what Chevys internal docs, the ones I gave the #'s to the dealer that they purposefully ignored. REDLINE said it was an easy fix, brick replacement and a weld but Chevy wouldn't sell the bricks, the entire unit or nothing. $7200 to replace the STOCK unit. They're out of their xxxxxx minds. For a couple of $hundred more Im getting a whipple 2.9 with the tranny tuning and dyno tuning with the plugs and everything else is included. I had a '15 SRT392 Challenger that I had to lemon law after 22 svc calls in 24 months, took the $40k and bought the ZL1, with an extended warrantee so this crap wouldn't happen to me AGAIN. The difference being the ZL1 runs reliably even if the supercharger DON'T work, the Challenger was a total nightmare. This is 100% true, from REDLINE doing what Chevy was supposed to do, to the incompetence of the dealer from the svc mgr down to the idiots who changed the oil and couldn't figure out after me telling them 3 times the LT4 takes 10 qts of full synthetic oil, NOT 8 1/2 qts. xxxxxx incompetent idiots. The supercharger problems exist in approx 10% of the LT4s in the ZO6 vettes and ZL1's from the factory. Before giving the xxxxxxxx from Chevy to deny warrantee coverage have a competent speedshop run a pressure test on your supercharger before giving Chevy a reason to blow you off. If empty or low on the supercharger coolant fill it with coolant with dye in it. In my case, within 8-10 days it was gone and with dye the leak is easily traceable, do it BEFORE any upgrades or mods or get in writing boltons won't void your warrantee. I'll be going after the SOBs at the dealer by dropping the factory defective supercharger on that lying slugs desk. I'm a disabled VET and have all the time in the world to tell people this guy Ron has a military family bla bla... Right before blowing me off and sticking me with a $7k+ bill that wa caused by a defective supercharger screwed up from day 1 and chevy refused to fix. I'm way beyond pissed now, Ron's lied to me from the first visit complaining about lack of power. He sent me to REDLINE MOTORSPORTS to "wake my ZL1 up". The first visit was before any "boltons" were even done. More
I purchased a Ford Explorer from this dealership and I was charged $799 for a extended 90 day warranty and was told the vehicle was maintenance and everything was checked and any issues were resolved. I l was charged $799 for a extended 90 day warranty and was told the vehicle was maintenance and everything was checked and any issues were resolved. I left with the truck and after a couple of days I was hearing a clunk from the transmission on first drive of the day. I called the sales person Paul and advised him I was hearing sounds from the transmission and he advised to bring it in to lane 5 and see Anthony. So I bought the truck to Anthony and he replaced transmission mounts and said he saw they looked bad. Well after a couple of days the sound came back in the morning so I called Anthony and he said to bring it in and he will check it again. When I brought it back the mechanic said it was the transmission so they ordered a transmission and after a week that they have my vehicle I am still waiting for my truck to be given to me. The sales person Paul is complete waist of time and doesn’t do anything and would not follow up on my repair. The service advisor Anthony in lane 5 sucks with communication and ask if it’s no big deal that I just spent over $17000 on a vehicle and within a couple of days of owning it I have to leave it in the dealership and still pay a loan for something I didn’t have the chance to drive for 30 days trouble free. Stay away from this dealership!! More
