Had a 10:30 appointment for an oil change, which took over 2 hours. When I called I asked if I need an appointment, it is recommended so you don't have to wait, well still waited way to long. The service representative that I had was very unprofessional. No arguments or anything but his attitude through the whole experience was very unsatisfactory.
