All I needed was to have a License plate mounted on the front of my car, I could f done it myself, but I didn't want take a chance on hitting something , like an a/c line, The hole installation took about front of my car, I could f done it myself, but I didn't want take a chance on hitting something , like an a/c line, The hole installation took about 15-20 min, if that, and was charged $39.99 for a whole Hr. of work and $4.80 for misc, supplies, what a screwdriver, I brought my own rivets and screws that came w/ the plate, I know I'm wasting my time even saying anything about it cause NOTHING becomes of it !!! More

You’re fortunate to have Michael on your team because Gus and Curtis there was not helpful over at Autonation. I won’t be dealing with anyone else when needing services there. The man I met with was Robb not very professional and condescending. Had an appointment for 1:30pm on Thursday car was not even looked at until I called on Friday at 1:30.What is the use of having an app condescending. when i called to make an appointment for the ignition recall and gave the model , year , and vin number , you would think they would check to see if the part was in stock before making the appointment. recall and gave the model , year , and vin number , you would think they would check to see if the part was in stock before making the appointment. upon arriving for my appointment i waited 35 min. for the agent to clear the person in front of me. then the agent said to let him make a phone call to see if the part was in stock, so i wouldn't have to sit around for 3 hours only to find out it wasn't. you guessed it it wasn't ! so basically i drove an hour round trip to find out what the agent found out in 10 min on the phone. if that's not incompetence i guess i don't know what the word means .
