I have Purchased cars and trucks from this dealership since 1985 (my first new truck when it was Steve Moore) and have serviced the cars/trucks here while still under warranty. Currently my wife's 2012 C since 1985 (my first new truck when it was Steve Moore) and have serviced the cars/trucks here while still under warranty. Currently my wife's 2012 Camaro, my 2018 Silverado, our son's 2001 SS Camaro were all purchased from this location. I understand the volume of cars being serviced at this time is high but would have liked to have been updated maybe daily on the progress as I was in limbo not knowing and having to put gas in the rental car each day not knowing when it would be completed. You have so many customers but are very short on technicians to service the vehicles. This causes a "domino" effect: overworked and overwhelmed staff tend to make mistakes, become short tempered and technicians to service the vehicles.
