Over the years - Mike Fox has been our go to service advisor; he has always exemplifies all of the positive attributes one would appreciate from an advisor. You get excellence on major (not many), minor advisor; he has always exemplifies all of the positive attributes one would appreciate from an advisor. You get excellence on major (not many), minor or routine service related items. I have a 2012 Traverse and I still take it to Greenacres Chevrolet for every service. I am a Realtor, so I often pick-up nail in tires at construction sites (Mike takes care of those without a complaint that it's too small of a job). Car looks and runs like a brand new vehicle! Thank you Mike Fox for your patience with me! I would buy another Chevy primarily because I know I can trust that my car would be in good hands at the service department. More
I took my car to Michael Fox. I dropped it off with an appt and I did it early in the morning. Two days passed and I get no call to update me on the status of my car. I called about 12 times and half of that time I was told someone will call me with an update. It was a terrible experience. I lost two days of work because I work in Broward and I couldn't do Uber. I asked for a rental to no avail. I never been treated like that at a dealership with a car that has a full warranty. The driver who took me home after i dropped it off was great and very friendly. Besides him and Richard the manager the service was very, very bad. More
Made an appointment for service on my 2021 Camaro. Left the car in the morning. Courtesy van drove me home and picked me up to return when service was completed in the afternoon. All went smoothly.
