I had my vehicle towed in on a Friday because it would not start. Gus, the service representative took me right away and completed the paperwork for the problem I was having. Not quite what I expected. Car was there too long. There Was a communication problem. No one seemed to know about the Care Shield coverage. Not sure I want to continue with Car was there too long.
