I was gonna bite my tongue but just feel like ppl should know that this dealership are thieves from service center to used car department.. brought ny car in after the steering went out at 60k first off tha know that this dealership are thieves from service center to used car department.. brought ny car in after the steering went out at 60k first off that shouldnt ever happen at that mileage.. i drove car there car ran fine no issues excecept steering.. off the bat i can tell my service advisor Rob Had a chip on his shoulder.. i get a call a few days later that my 2018 Tahoe with 60k miles needs about $7000 worth of repairs and the car wont start anymore and that under the hood the electric components were all corroded and was told was like that when i brought it in. Well can tell ya this he seen me drive the car in, when i left car was still running can promise you wasnt magic that drove my car there. I decided to go see this for myself, after asking Rob to show me what he was talking about he said he might have misspoke and he is not a mechanic and doesnt know alot about these cars. After a couple weeks of car sitting there and managment not being very helpfull.. i called used car to buy my vehicle just to get rid of it since seems like chevy doent make a quality product anymore .. granted steering gear was about 2500 so figure they discount that and buy it and be done .. got a low ball offer of 23k for a vehicle that has a kbb trade value of 36k .. i decided to pick up the vehicle as i felt this place was damaging it more than willing to help .. i spoke to service manager Robert and after i told him about the used car department .. he said thats what we do is low ball ppl like you and he would have done the same ..when they brought the car out was covered in bird xxxx and oak tree stains guess thats how they felt about the care of my vehicle.. i took the car to Grieco Delray where Kieth was very helpful and got my car back in 2 days at a fair price.. we decided to sell this vehicle since honestly there not made the same way and went back to Ford More
Service advisor was "less than candid" about when service was to be performed, and how long it would take. Vehicle was not even touched until 11 days after scheduled appointment date, and was held by dealer was to be performed, and how long it would take. Vehicle was not even touched until 11 days after scheduled appointment date, and was held by dealer for 25 days. It took a total of 14 follow up calls/visits (including 5 in-person visits) to get vehicle completed after profiling matters with Service Manager, Service Director and General Manager. Extremely poor service representation, albeit work was finally performed. More
I will preface this by saying, I bought my 2016 Corvette (new) from them & even though they were 30 minutes away, I would always do my service with them as I was always able to get a loaner. But eventually (new) from them & even though they were 30 minutes away, I would always do my service with them as I was always able to get a loaner. But eventually the loaners were never available & the service advisor Brad who had alway given me great service & was so friendly to me, started treating me like he didn’t care that I lived 30 minutes away. He would make me have to come up to discuss a problem & then make me come back for an appointment later which was 2 hours of total time driving just to get work done on my car. So I quit going there. I started going to Grieco Chevrolet in Delray Beach, which was only 5 minutes from my house. I used to get great service there for the following years, but service in the last year got bad. I originally had a problem with my map lights blinking like strobes & took the car to Grieco Chevrolet. It was such an ordeal with them saying they don’t know why they were doing it & the lights aren’t available that I had to get GM customer service involved to get them to get me the parts & do the work. They had replaced them, but then the new lights would randomly come on. When I tried to get them to look at it as maybe the new lights are defective or maybe the connections weren’t solid, all they wanted to do was charge me to diagnose further instead of just checking the replacement parts or the work. I was done with them forever! I decided I would go back to Green Acres Chevrolet, even though they were further away. I was going on a vacation & called to make an appointment a week before I was going, to see if I could drop off the car & have the work done while I was away. I was told there was no appointments available until the day before I was coming back (a Friday). I asked if I could drop off the car a week early as I would be away & they said that was ok, which I did. So on the day my car was supposed to be worked on (Friday), I expected a call from Christopher, my service advisor about what they determined. Never got a call. Midday Saturday I called & had to leave a message, that I still hadn’t got a call about my car status (never heard back from him, even though his voicemail message says he works on Saturday’s till 5pm). No call back again. Came back into town Saturday late knowing I would have to wait until Monday to call to find out the status (sure could use my car back!). I waited an hour after they were open & still didn’t get a call from Christopher. Called & left my 2nd message (still didn’t get a call back). Waited till midday & decided I need to speak to the service manager as this is exactly the kind of no service I was getting at Grieco. The lady answering the phone, instead of getting the service manager on, got me Christopher who informed me the car was being looked at now (what happened to Friday?). He said they only have 2 service writers & have been slammed was the excuse he used when I wanted to know why he didn’t call me back. Sorry, this is not how you communicate with customers to make them satisfied! I will tell you that once I got him to speak with me he then kept me in the loop. He is a very nice person, but I can’t support a business that can’t give customers even basic tolerable service. I guess I will have to drive 25 minutes & use Lou Bachrodt Chevrolet in the future, which I used back when I had a Mazda & always got excellent service. This is the 1st Chevrolet I have owned. I love my car, but in a year and a half when it’s time for me to get a new car, I’m going to be thinking real hard if I ever want a GM product. If you can’t get good, no hassle service, why bother. All they needed to do was communicate with me which I guess is too hard to do what your supposed to do. I’m done with this dealership & I won’t be getting my next car from them either. More
I was there for car service, & they have reliable shuttle service to take you home & return you to pick up your car. The driver was very good. The service on the car seems to be good also. service to take you home & return you to pick up your car. The driver was very good. The service on the car seems to be good also. More
The dealership was great and Curtis was very helpful, GM on the other hand sent a recall notice a year ago, but didn’t have part. They sent me a letter say parts were now available, they weren’t, Curtis sai on the other hand sent a recall notice a year ago, but didn’t have part. They sent me a letter say parts were now available, they weren’t, Curtis said he will call when they get parts and will expedite repairs, . I was surprised that loaner cars are no longer available and the dealer has no rental, but would give a ride to a rental place. More

I will try my very best to keep it simple expressing my overwhelming and amazing experience with automation. His name is Gus Amian, yes I remember his name because he is beyond amazing. I purchased my Che overwhelming and amazing experience with automation. His name is Gus Amian, yes I remember his name because he is beyond amazing. I purchased my Chevy Silverado back in 09/2022 and I have been a customer since then, but NEVER I have gotten such amazing customer service from anyone. As a customer care Manager, myself with DiVosta, I am all about going above and beyond for my homeowners, but never I thought I could find someone who is almost better than me. He was my first point of contact when I first arrived there, and the man-made me feel so special and valued as a customer that I didn't think the word "Thank you" was even enough to express my gratitude. I see Gus handled so many customers with the same courteous, I don't know how he does it. This man must be adding a happy drug to his coffee every day. I was impressed by his engagement two my issue, his knowledge, and above all his customer service. He looks like he was what you can call an "All around genius ". Here we go now: - He took care of me the same day by explaining the process - Call enterprise to ensure to have a rental for me, - Got someone to get me there, - Follow up with me every day, - Called me when my truck was ready. waited for me to drive from Port-St-Lucie to come to get my truck. Help me take care of the rental since it was too late to drop it Godly, it was a long list of amazing customer service one after another. Who is this guy? All I can say is I was a lucky customer to have to work with Gus, please give this man a raise Thank you, Gus Anderson More
Customer service is very poor. They make it seem like you are bothering them by asking questions. Communication is very poor between employees. They make it seem like you are bothering them by asking questions. Communication is very poor between employees. More
