Your customer service is very lacking. No one made contact with me after having my car for two. It was promised at the end of those 2 days and my service rep was off. No one told me the No one made contact with me after having my car for two. It was promised at the end of those 2 days and my service rep was off. No one told me they had to order parts. It was still drivable and I had to come and get the car because no one called. Otherwise it would have sat there until the parts came in and I would have been without a car the entire time. My rep was off and still needed to check my warranty. SOMEONE SHOULD have called me. I left messages with 3 people including the service manager More
It took 3 hours+ to do an oil change and tire rotation, even though I had an appointment. Lots of paperwork, digital and analog. I had to sign at least five different documents. It took me only one signatu even though I had an appointment. Lots of paperwork, digital and analog. I had to sign at least five different documents. It took me only one signature to get married! Upon closer inspection at home, found several oil-stained finger marks on the hood and both front doors. No paper floor mats. No vacuuming. I've been buying and servicing my vehicles at this location for years and this is the first time it's like this. More
In the 9 years of dealing with this dealership, I only had one problem, which never got resolved. When I bought tires for my Traverse, it was during a $100.- rebate sale. I never got the rebate. After trying to have my car repaired at an ordinary repair shop, they determined that they could not fix my car. I own a corvette so it's only the dealership who has the right tools. So I brought my ca repair shop, they determined that they could not fix my car. I own a corvette so it's only the dealership who has the right tools. So I brought my car in to AutoNation Greenacres for a few problems. They were able to make the repairs, obtain the parts and give it back to me with everything taken care of. Service Representative Gus was cordial, knowledgeable and courteous and did an excellent job of keeping me informed along the way. Very pleased with this service!! More
Unfortunately for this dealership I will never return. I got turned away for a simple oil change and tire rotation because, “It’s a foreign car.” I have a maintenance contract with Autonation but that d I got turned away for a simple oil change and tire rotation because, “It’s a foreign car.” I have a maintenance contract with Autonation but that doesn’t matter. I was told to make an appointment and come back in three weeks. I spoke with a service manager who gave the excuses of “supply chain issues” and “can’t hire anyone to work” and tried to say none of the garages in that area can get mechanics. I have had my vehicle serviced there since 2019, but it has been hit and miss when dealing with service writers. And don’t park in the wrong lane, because you will be told you have to go to the proper lane for that writer. So to put it bluntly. I will not return not only for service, but also not to buy a vehicle there (And I’m actually going to buy two or three vehicles in the next two years). I’ll be having the service done at another Autonation that specializes in higher-end cars and buying my next cars somewhere else for the remainder of my contact. If customers are not treated well, why would you expect employees to be treated any better? Maybe that’s why you can’t hire anyone because of the reputation of that dealership? More
