Your customer service is very lacking. No one made contact with me after having my car for two. It was promised at the end of those 2 days and my service rep was off. It took 3 hours+ to do an oil change and tire rotation, even though I had an appointment. Lots of paperwork, digital and analog. I had to sign at least five different documents.
