am a seasonal customer. Brought vehicle in for routine maintenance under my GMC service contract - oil & Filter, rotate tires, Replace cabin air filter. got billed for the Brought vehicle in for routine maintenance under my GMC service contract - oil & Filter, rotate tires, Replace cabin air filter. got billed for the cabin air filter. went home. verified that it should have been covered and requested a refund. Robb said it was too late - the ticket was closed. I asked that he open a new ticket so he could claim the work, and then refund me my credit card charge. Said he couldn't do that, and that I should file a claim with the maintenance plan. did that. Waiting to hear back. Not real happy We may revisit this. More

We saw a check engine light on our 2008 Diesel Truck. I called on a Saturday to get an appointment to bring it in for repair. We brought it in the day before Thanksgiving. We made the point that we wee only in the area for a few more days and were assured that our vehicle would be ready. In the interim they sent us safety inspection pictures showing potential troubles. We called and authorized the repairs. The truck was finished by our deadline even though we added anouther 2 hours of repair work. Terrific job guys...and thank you!! More
