Chris was my service advisor. My husband took my car in for servicing and kept me abreast of the transactions. The oil changing and windshield wiper fluid filling went well. When asked if the vehicle could be washed the response was something along the line of, "That would be a hit-or-miss service and it really looks like it will be a 'miss'". REALLY?? My husband and I were a bit floored by that response. We were not at all expecting that type of statement and felt very put-off. More
