I was having issues starting my Chevy Silverado 2500HD. I purchased my new truck in June of 2021. It was a 2021 Tahoe. After the first 6 months of driving it, the car has stalled 3 different times in the middle of the road, and the last time in It was a 2021 Tahoe. After the first 6 months of driving it, the car has stalled 3 different times in the middle of the road, and the last time in the parking lot of the local plaza where my wife shops. There were 3 different reasons that the dealership gave as to why it was happening, in one instance, they gave me 2 different reasons from different departments. On the last occasion, when the Truck stalled in the plaza, someone drove by and clipped the front fender when waiting for a tow truck. The dealership told me it was out of pocket, even though the finance and sales manager acknowledged all the problems the truck was having and tried showing me a new truck to trade in, which they never followed up with me on. After driving Tahoe's for the last 17 years, it's truly sad that this dealership has not tried to do the right thing by me and my family. Thank goodness no one was hurt in any of these terrible situations. In today's age, we're not looking to sue anyone, we're not looking for anything for free, our family just wants a truck that WORKS. It's what we paid for. Wish someone cared enough at the dealership to reach out and help. More
