First time in my entire life I have never seen this bad of customer service. No only is the customer service is awful, they didn’t finish working on my car, and actually ruined some things in the car. They of customer service. They charged extra money, no explaining why and still didn’t end up finishing the car. Currently out of state but when I come back I will be turning to the dealer where I bought my car and my warranty to question the competence of this auto service and its employees. Tried to call and figure this out with the manager and no one came to the phone, I tried calling them for two days straight in order to try to fix the situation. More

The dealership, AutoNation Chevrolet Greenacres was great. Chris Morrison, my Service Advisor was helpful and friendly. Robert MacDonald, the Service Manager listened to my concerns with General Moto great. Chris Morrison, my Service Advisor was helpful and friendly. Robert MacDonald, the Service Manager listened to my concerns with General Motors and did offer me a discount on my final bill. My issue is with General Motors Corporation. The problem with my 2016 Malibu that has just over 50K miles, is that I have had the "Shift to Park" issue twice. This is an issue that GM is aware of, but will not issue a recall for, so I got stuck paying for it. Additionally, after just 4 1/2 years of owning the car, the paint on the roof and hood had clouded out. A paint job on a car should last many years longer than that. The quote to repaint the roof and hood is over $3500 and the full car is about 9K. I'm disappointed in GM. More
