I travel 70 miles each way to get me truck serviced here, even though there are 2 other AutoNation Chevy dealers much closer. That should tell you how much I like these guys. It’s a week tomorrow that I purchased a new vehicle and the sales manager Jose or Christina from financing has yet to call me back on a mistake that Christina made back in 2021 with maintenance agreements, the sales manager Jose or Christina from financing has yet to call me back on a mistake that Christina made back in 2021 with maintenance agreements, that was allegedly fixed. Last Sunday they couldn’t find the policies and I couldn’t use credits from the maintenance or GAP agreement towards my new purchase. Three calls during the week with ME following up and emails I sent first thing yesterday morning to once again have a paper trail and still nothing. I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years and I cannot believe that I haven’t heard from them.. next call is to corporate and I am on vacation next week so I have the time. I don’t like giving bad reviews but I have to tell you- I am extremely disappointed once again because back in 2021 same two persons didn’t know how to return phone calls - even if it is just to tell me that they are working on it. Probably going to West Palm dealership next time. This is a refund of about $1400, so it is not minutia. Unbelievable! More
