I had a good experience. I was not made aware that I needed to put 1000$ down as per my previous conversation with the sales agent. I chose 1 star because 0 is not available. Salesman (Al Posillico) was good. 125-point inspection was SEVERELY lacking. Cruise Control did not work 5 minutes after driving away and getting Salesman (Al Posillico) was good. 125-point inspection was SEVERELY lacking. Cruise Control did not work 5 minutes after driving away and getting on I-95 north. It took 5 weeks in the shop to get a repair authorization from Greenacres for a Houston dealer to fix the Cruise Control. The oil pan plug leaked on the 2nd day of ownership and then fell out into the hand of a Jiffy Lube tech. There was an oil pan leak from the start and was found by Houston Cadillac dealer and repaired under 90-day warranty. This has been the most frustrating and angering follow up on any auto purchase in my 70 years of life. More
