Absolutely terrible customer service. Once they sell you a car with their lies about a 125 point inspection they say they guarantee, they don't car a week later when you have issues. I bought a certified used vehicle after they sold me on their intensive inspection promises. The key fob went out the day I drove it home. I actually drove it out of state and had to deal with a replacemen their intensive inspection promises. The key fob went out the day I drove it home. I actually drove it out of state and had to deal with a replacement during my trip. Ok, things happen. It’s been a little over a month since my purchase. The turbo went out just two days after making my first car payment. The service department had me waiting an hour when I checked in for my appointment. They said the my advisor, Terry, called in sick and I’d have to wait. Someone else, Ivan, came up and said they’d have to take over. I was told the repair is most likely under warranty but they can’t get me a rental until it’s seen by a tech/mechanic and the warranty approves the repair. I dropped my car off three days ago and it still hasn’t been seen by a tech. It’s been sitting in the garage while I pay for a rental out of pocket. I’m quiet and very understanding but I’ve not been disregarded as a Customer to this level. It’s been an awful experience. More
