Marcellus Strauss in the Service department did everything he could to make sure I knew what was going on with my visit. I had gone to Freeway Chevrolet and they were not good... I would detail tha everything he could to make sure I knew what was going on with my visit. I had gone to Freeway Chevrolet and they were not good... I would detail that experience but what really matters here is that Marcellus took care of me, and my car. My girlfriend had been going here for ages and said I should give them a shot... I did, and I can't say enough about how nice it is for even the basics to be taken care of so well. Communication was on point. Vehicle was delivered back in the same day. Just awesome... Definitely try here if you're having trouble figuring out where to take your Chevrolet. More

Had a great experience with James (the tech who worked on my engine) and Jennifer (my advisor). And James the tech did an incredible job on my 2013 equinox engine rebuild, It's never ran this well! I got the chance to speak with him and it's the first tech I spoke with who I felt wasn't trying to blow smoke up my rear. Super humble and polite guy. Thank you James and Jennifer for turning my experience with autonation around. Side note shootout for Gary the service manager helping coordinate Chevy helping out with some of the bill even though I was past the warranty period. More
