Disappointing to say the least. .. On a lease buy back, with a scheduled 12:00pm appointment I waited over 3 hours and still no inspection on my car so my husband picked me up to go .. On a lease buy back, with a scheduled 12:00pm appointment I waited over 3 hours and still no inspection on my car so my husband picked me up to go back to work. Upon return we did not leave the dealership until after 7:30pm ! It was Brutal and we were never informed of a timeline like this and we did inquire when we scheduled the appointment, as well as lost work hours. More

I was pleased my service advisor used a texting method for communicating. I was disappointed that the premium extended warranty didn't cover one of the needed repairs. Also disappointed that a loaner vehi for communicating. I was disappointed that the premium extended warranty didn't cover one of the needed repairs. Also disappointed that a loaner vehicle wasn't provided since they kept my car for several days & still were unable to complete the needed work. Lastly the repair that I paid for which warranty didn't cover has already had to be reworked less than 2 weeks after being fixed. More
