However, the main issue I encountered was the time it took to complete a relatively simple service. I understand that quality work takes time, but waiting for three hours for an oil change and air filter replacement felt excessive. It would be great if the service could be expedited, as this would greatly enhance the overall customer experience. Despite the time factor, I encountered no problems with the service itself. The oil change and air filter replacement were done correctly, and my car seems to be running smoothly. The staff also made sure to communicate any additional recommendations for my vehicle without any pressure, which I appreciated.
