Servicios Los servicios de este lugar son pésimos desde ayer estoy yendo a este lugar para que me arreglen mi carro y la primera ves que fut me dejaron 5 horas Los servicios de este lugar son pésimos desde ayer estoy yendo a este lugar para que me arreglen mi carro y la primera ves que fut me dejaron 5 horas esperando y cuando voy a preguntar por mi carro no le habían hecho el cambio de aceite ni me habían chequeado el motor que tenía problemas y es un carro del 2018 salieron hasta los manager y todo fue una habladuría y no me resolvieron nada fui hoy 31 /10/18 y me volvieron a mandar para mi casa porque no me pudieron resolver mi problema un carro que se me puede fundir en el camino porque tiene problemas el motor todos hablan y no resuelven nada desde el manager de servicio hasta el manager que renta los carros nadie sabe hacer su trabajo ahí no recomiendo este lugar es pecimo en la atención al cliente More

Very good experience I bought my car from them and got a great deal and great treatment. The sales guy was not very knowledgeable but very nice. I did not finance it with them but the financing manager was offered me a great rate, but still I went with my bank because of some perks I received. The service guys are awesome, I have dealt with Randell and Lupe and they are really nice and helpful. More
got a new corolla, unfortunaly due to work schedule, this dealer was closer to where I work and offer charter service, therefore, I register online and also call to confrim appt with a very nice receptionist dealer was closer to where I work and offer charter service, therefore, I register online and also call to confrim appt with a very nice receptionist (i'm very bad with names) and confirm and guarantee the service i was requesting.Bad for me, i was minutes BEFORE the appt and was waiting and no one took the courtesy to even say 'Morning' when I ask a service rep, and told him about my appt and that I need it charter service, he told me that is a first come first served. I was ok until then...50 minutes AFTER my appt was set the charter was there (and that was because I start asking around). The good part about this expErience was the driver who was able to acknowledge and deal with my frustration. I was late for work and i need to let u guys know the "areas of opportunity"...what happen when I pick up the vehicule? well, 'someone else' deliver the vehicul;e and the excuse was "the service guy is new, sorry"...not what i was looking in a service, but, can't go back in time.
