I went to the dealer because my car had a broken transmission and the service advisor told me that just diagnosing the problem could take up to 2 months, plus 1 or 2 more months to fix it, it could transmission and the service advisor told me that just diagnosing the problem could take up to 2 months, plus 1 or 2 more months to fix it, it could be that my car would be ready in 4 months. Of course without giving me a loaner vehicle. So I took my car to another dealer where they diagnosed my car in 1 day and they’ll fix it in about a week or 2 max. Huge difference!!!! More

It was really good ,no complaints , the appointment was fast, my car was left in the dealer and I was drop off and then picked up from my house as a courtesy of them. Marcos Mirabal was excellent. He even followed through on a recall of spare wheel assembly that was not done on June 27, 2019 (by Leonardo)! He restored my faith in this dealer! I hope that Service Manager Silvera realizes what a gem he has in Marcos. The scheduling system over the phone is broken and Silvera does not return calls, in person he is not there either! Could he be the agency's problem? More
