The lady (Elicsa) that took my service request, informed me that she had only one diesel mechanic on duty and that it will take 3 days to check the issues with the warning light and battery, Wednesday I called to find out the status of the repairs Elicsa informed me that the fuel pump needed to be replaced, I went to the service area ask Elicsa how long will take to fix the problem, her answer was the pump is on back order. At that moment I requested to speak to a Service Manager, Elicsa directed me to the service manager's office - I waited for at less 10 minutes before Sheldon Johns showed up and informed me one more time about the fuel pump . he gave me his business card and he said he will call me. (never did) Thursday I called Sheldon Johns twice and left 2 messages never return my calls,as today I am still waiting for a call. Very horrible service I will never do business with them again. I bought (2) trucks from this dealer 2023 and 2024 Silverado trucks. They will loose my business for sure and one other thing that phone is fixed not let you through customer service or anybody. More
When I first dropped of my car to address an ESC Warning Light and Radio issue, I didn't get any paperwork for it or even a business card of who would be overseeing my service ticket. I would call and call Light and Radio issue, I didn't get any paperwork for it or even a business card of who would be overseeing my service ticket. I would call and call and call asking that someone call me back and they simply wouldn't. After numerous attempts I had to request to speak to someone in charge so I can get a call back. When I finally get a call back from the service rep by the name of Eric, he told me it was a battery issue, and that radio was on backorder. He also told me the reason he wouldn't return my car was because it was a Fleet vehicle which is absurd considering I delivered the car, the car is registered under me and stays with me 24/7. I've always taken my car to Bomnin and always got calls updating me on what the issue was and when I can pick it up. I told Eric that leaving my car there while waiting on a radio is ridiculous, especially if they were on backorder and that I should've been called seeing that I was in a rental and there's a cost involved. When I finally got my car it was a mess. The car smelled like cigarettes, there were mosquitos in it, not flies, mosquitos and the battery cover was left off and jammed between the hood and fender which I uploaded a picture of on a recent review. Two days later and the car had the ESC light come on. As of today I'm returning my car, but to Bomnin this time and notified Element Fleet of the horrible service so we never have any other fleet vehicle delivered there seeing how you had the vehicle for over 9 and half days and couldn't even fix the issue it was take for in the first place. Do better! More
