I want to share the terrible experience I’ve had with Autonation Chevrolet Doral, which has caused me frustration, stress, and a huge waste of time and money. 📌 It all started with a recall on my 202 Autonation Chevrolet Doral, which has caused me frustration, stress, and a huge waste of time and money. 📌 It all started with a recall on my 2022 Chevrolet Traverse for the parking assist system. I made an appointment, but they told me they would call me when they had the part. Months went by, and they never called. 📌 I called again, and they said they finally had the part. I dropped off my car, paid for an Uber, and 20 minutes later, they called me saying they DIDN’T have the part after all. This happened THREE times. 📌 I finally spoke to the Service Manager, who promised me a loaner car and told me to bring my car in. I also requested a scheduled maintenance service (oil change, tire rotation, etc.), which was supposed to take 2-3 hours. Instead, it took FOUR DAYS just to complete the recall, and they never did the service! 📌 When I went to pick up my car, I found out they had damaged it on the right side. I complained, and they promised to call me the next day to fix it and give me a loaner car. They never called. 📌 Two weeks later, I had to call them. They told me to bring the car in that same day. I dropped it off, and they told me Hertz would deliver a rental car within 15 minutes… Two hours later, I was still waiting. When I finally got to Hertz, the manager told me that Autonation knew since 8 AM that they didn’t have a driver to deliver my rental. 🔴 After all this, they still have my car, and I have no idea what to expect next. They have cost me time, money, and my peace of mind. I’ve been anxious, sleepless, and completely frustrated by their lack of professionalism and accountability. ⚠️ If you’re considering taking your car to Autonation Chevrolet Doral, THINK TWICE. I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through this nightmare. More
Don’t buy certified pre owned from these people. They Wouldn’t honor the first transmission service covered by GM for C8 corvette. Payoff was sent 17 days late. The appointment I scheduled over the phone was not in the books when I got to the service department. I believe the staff is overwhelmed with the amount of work and tasks assigned to one person in the front, books when I got to the service department. I believe the staff is overwhelmed with the amount of work and tasks assigned to one person in the front, after I was able to get on the schedule that morning for my oil change, I waited about 2 hours for them to finish and as I still waited I decided to ask if my truck was ready and it had been ready for a while, however, I was never notified. I don't believe it was the fault of the staff because it was 1 man doing the job for many others but there could be a better system in place for the schedule to go accordingly. More

There was no explanation as to why the appointment was not in their file other than "Oh you made the appointment by phone". I think there is a problem with the scheduling service via phone that is not in sync with the digital system they have in place. More

The service has been nothing short of frustrating. Recently, I had to tow my car in for repairs, and after three days, I am still waiting for a diagnostic. I've called multiple times to inquire about the status, and each time, I was assured that someone would get back to me. Unfortunately, that call has yet to come. The lack of communication and urgency is unacceptable, especially considering the significant investment I made in this car. I expected better service and support from a dealership of this caliber. I sincerely hope they can improve their customer service, as it currently leaves much to be desired. More
