Hice cita para un cambio de aceite a las 7:30am y la espera fue de 2 horas al final tuve que levantarme y preguntar si ya habian terminado ya el carro estab listo pero el papel se habia quedado en otro espera fue de 2 horas al final tuve que levantarme y preguntar si ya habian terminado ya el carro estab listo pero el papel se habia quedado en otro vehiculo y el duenio del vehiculo se lo trajo al muchacho que me estaba ayudando menos mal que la otra persona fue buena en regresar el papel junto con la llave, un descuido total del mecanico, despues tuve que esperar por un ticket que ellos dijeron que la persona que hacia eso no estaba es primera vez que me pasa esto, he comprado dos vehiculos en este dealer y nunca habia tendio mala atencion hasta ahora, no se si es porque era un Toyota el que estaba llevando el primer cambio de aceite lo hice tambien alli mismo. Took my truck in for service I paid when I purchased my car which includes oil change and tire rotation. Rude and extremely slow The first Service advisor was extremely rude and left me standing in the parking lot for over half an hour after our original conversation. It took me calling my selling dealer in Greenacres and talking to a service manager to get someone that took care of replacing a tire that was under warranty and I was told was in stock at the location. The total time from arrival to have a tire changed was 5.5 hours. I will add that the second guy did get this taken care of, but the service was extremely slow. My perspective comes from a history of working in Chevrolet service departments. This tire was under an Autonation warranty but took arguing to get it done. More
