RED ALERT...RIP OFF DEALERSHIP After 10 yrs living in So Fl, and having purchased 7 cars from Maroone/Auto Nation, they have succeeded in ripping me off financially, putting me in a After 10 yrs living in So Fl, and having purchased 7 cars from Maroone/Auto Nation, they have succeeded in ripping me off financially, putting me in a new car (trading in a $45K mint Chev Traverse)...whose features were NOT explained to me before I left dealership, as no one their...at that particular time spoke English. Drove home a junk...Chev Sonic R.S. WITH THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ON. Following day, 10/17/13 we noticed body damage on car. Blue tooth HAS NEVER WORKED IN THIS CAR DESPITE INNUMERABLE PHONE CALLS TO A.N. AND RETURNING THE CAR TO THEM FOR BODY WORK/CHECK ENGINE LIGHT REMOVAL, AND ATTEMPTED REPAIR OF BLUE TOOTH. FRUSTRATED, I brought this junk car to Homestead Chevrolet 3 times in an effort to get the BT functional, to no avail. Car was serviced early January, and I was told that the BT could NOT be reoaired. After that, because the features of this car WERE NEVER EXPLAINED TO ME, I didn't know that NONE OF THIS JUNK CAR SENSOR LIGHTS WERE NOT FUNCTIONING. Consequently, my right/rear tire was low, I had absolutely NO KNOWLEDGE OR INDICATION OF THIS B/C SENSORS WERE DEFECTIVE, AND I FOUND MYSELF DRIVING A CAR WITH A FLAT TIRE...RIM IN THE GROUND. Immediately called CG AN..& after 11...repeat: 11 phone calls, I finally spoke to the Svc Director. Crying & frightened, Juan advised me to get the car to them asap. Following day, car was brought to them. Instead of assessing the multitude of serious issues with this car, I was told that "they would put me into a new car." Raoul, the GM claimed that he knew I WAITED IN THE SALESROOM AREA FOR 8 SOLID HRS. I was initially shown the new car deal, I was in agreement, however by 4:30 p.m., I was told by a bogus/finance director, whose biz card reads "sales," that they wanted an additional $3,000 in addition to the $3,000 paid while purchasing this junk. Alian Josep...fronting as the Finance Director, then told me he was the General Manager(???) Questioning this, he then told me that Raoul, GM was not in that day, & he had no other superiors to speak to in order to get this transaction completed as originally agreed. Alain treated me in a highly rude, condescending, unprofessional, & abusive manner. I refused, as a woman alone, 10 yr customer of this Dealership, to be treated this way. I went back to the Service Dept 7.5 hrs later to speak with Juan/Dir of Svc, & Mr. Garcia, both of whom treated me with respect. I left with a rental car, and while driving home I left Raoul, GM, a detailed voice mail. He returned my call, and before I could say 1 word, he raised his voice at me, TOTALLY UNFAMILIAR WITH THE FACTS, defending this Alain...never listening to my side of the story. His conduct towards me was: condescending, rude, abrupt, flip, curt & contentious. While a GM of this dealership, told me his phone "had no battery," he hung up on me. I plan to take this matter to GM Customer Care Specialists, and pursue this serious matter, with a multitude of serious issues to the highest level I need to until complete remedial action is taken, and I am driving a new/SAFE...MECHANICALLY SOUND CAR. Please learn from my mistakes and DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR HERE. More

What can I say about my experience with AutoNation Chevrolet in Coral Gables other than it was THE BEST car buying experience of my life. Now I have to admit, Nick Gara and his team were persistent in Chevrolet in Coral Gables other than it was THE BEST car buying experience of my life. Now I have to admit, Nick Gara and his team were persistent in trying to contact me via email and phone when I first reached out via the website that I was looking for a 2014 Chevy Traverse to lease for my growing family. I didn't respond or answer right away, as I wanted to do my own homework and visit other showrooms. But with my limited time to visit and go places and sit for hours in someone's office due to work and family obligations, once I knew the car I wanted and style and bells and whistles, I decided I was going to do ALL of my negotiating over email. Save my time and save theirs. Well guess what - Nick and his team were willing to do business that way and it made ALL the difference. We went back and forth on the price, availability, getting the payments down, etc etc. In the end I made only TWO visits to the dealership. The first was to see what they had in stock. The second was to sign the paperwork and drive home in my new Traverse. Even with my extra incentive certificates that I shared with them from GM to get the price down, they handled it all like pros and reached a price I was comfortable with. When I was ready to pull the trigger on a Tuesday afternoon, and with a time crunch as I was taking my wife to an opening night of a Broadway show touring in South Florida, they came to my office and picked me up in the new Traverse, drove me to the office where all of the paperwork was just waiting to be signed, and in less than an hour I was leaving the lot in my new Traverse and heading to my home to scoop up the Mrs and head to the show! Are you kidding me? Did this really just happen? Like a VIP, in and out, and no waste of time sitting forever in an office? Yes it did. It really did. Nick, Carlos and Alain - thank you for the amazing customer service and adjusting to your customers needs. I really appreciate and will continue to do business with you in the future. More
Excellent service. I went to this dealer because must of the dealers I went to didn't have someone with fluency in English. I met Juan at autonation and he guided me from top to bottom in the store. We saw many cars and he suggested me a Chevrolet Cruze which I loved when I saw it. We spent a couple of hours deciding which car was the best car for me. He was patience and didn't push me into any decision he just guided me. Very honest person I really recommend Juan Carlos Luckert as a sales associate he also helped me deciding which credit was best for me as well. More
I went online on Autotrader.com looking for Camaro SS, went to a few dealers and the prices did not matched what they quoted me. I spoke to Ray a few time and he told me the prices he was giving was the went to a few dealers and the prices did not matched what they quoted me. Next thing I know, I get a call from a Manager name Nick which is Ray's manager, he confirmed the price that Ray gave me was correct and said to come in and test drive the car. I made an appointment to go see the car, I meet with Mario in which he took me to test drive the Camaro SS in which I fell in love with. We went back to the dealership, meet with the Manager Nick and we went over the pricing and to my surprise the numbers were exactly what I was quoted by Ray. So, I went into finance meet with Rosali, she was very nice and we went over all the paperwork and she was very detailed to every single document I was getting ready to sign. I signed for the purchase of my new Camaro. I am a very satisfied customer and I am very impressed by the way I was treated, I would highly recommend Auto Nation Chevrolet Coral Gable and their lovely staff :) More
I went online looking for a certified Tahoe, I live in Hollywood Florida. I went to a few dealers didn't find the vehicles I wanted so I went ahead and drove down to Miami.
